The Waste Not Spot is a circular sustainability consultancy based in Rotterdam, dedicated to making circularity a reality through practical, measurable and human means. We support organisations of any type and size across the Rotterdam-Rijnmond region and globally, including those organisations just starting their sustainability journey or ready to take more bold circular steps.
We work with SMEs, social enterprises, municipalities, and mission-driven initiatives to design out waste, redesign systems, recover resources and regenerate impact for people and planet. Our services include waste audits, zero waste strategies, circular business model design, materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, tailored support for sustainability and CSRD reporting and more.
We believe circularity must be collaborative, creative, and accessible and not just a checkbox or a buzzword. That’s why we prioritise community engagement, social equity and transparency in every project. Our work connects local action with global goals, helping clients align with the SDGs and inspire both internal and external change.
Beyond consulting, we host Millennials Gone Circular, a podcast educating on circularity and amplifying underrepresented voices and sharing circular stories from around the world. We also collaborate with grassroots organisations, schools and events to create hands-on education, workshops and community initiatives that drive long-term behaviour change.

Our podcast, Millennials Gone Circular, highlights global changemakers and shares actionable insights to inspire a new generation of circular thinkers. We collaborate with grassroots initiatives like weggeefwinkels and repair cafes, amplifying their work and connecting people to practical tools for low-waste living.

Program Development: Designing and delivering circular initiatives, such as Waste Day Out tours, SDG-aligned programs, consortium building, grant coordination, etc.
